GENERAL POLICY

Planet-Trust is owned and operated by the administration of MaximumSurfing.com. Although you are not promised a profit of any kind, you have the ability to earn up to XXX% of your advertising purchase (depending on level). By surfing the required sites you could earn up to XX% per day on your ad-pack. Once your ad-pack has reached a total of XXX% in rebates, it will expire. There is no set amount of days for your upgrade to expire. Your earnings from each day will not show in your cash balance until the following day. Your cash balance will reflect your earnings each day after midnight.
Ad-Pack amounts vary by level.
 
Any advertiser participating in Planet-Trust has agreed they have read in whole our front page, Terms of Service and FAQS pages. We will not be held responsible for members whom choose not to read our terms before participating in our program. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

 
It is the advertisers� responsibility to make sure they surf the proper amount of sites on the required days.  Planet-Trust will not be held liable for any loss of funds or missed surf days. THERE WILL ALSO BE NO SURF HOLIDAYS. If you do not surf, your ad-pack will be extended out automatically.  Planet-Trust does not promise any earnings of any kind. We also DO NOT ACCEPT INVESTMENTS of any kind. By participating in this program you agree that it is at your own risk. The admin of Planet-Trust.Com is not liable for any loss of funds at any time for any reason.
 
UPGRADING

Planet-Trust Admins choose Alertpay because of its security. The fact that we know the person sending and receiving payments on either end are verified makes both parties more comfortable with the transactions. We also are FULL SUPPORTERS of AlertPay. Due to the fees received from incoming transactions we have attached a 4% fee on all AlertPay cash coming into the system. This will add much stability to Planet-Trust. 

For advertisers using our debit card, you will only be charged 2.39% coming into the program.  When using your debit card, you are purchasing non-refundable, non-tangible goods.  By accepting these terms of service you agree that you assume all risks and understand that Planet-Trust or any other site in our network does not promise any earnings of any kind.  THERE ARE NO REFUNDS & CHARGEBACKS ARE A VIOLATION THAT WILL RESULT IN A LIFETIME BAN!  All chargebacks will be denied and a direct violation of the terms of service of your debit card.

CHARGEBACKS

Chargebacks to any program within the Maximum Network is a direct violation of our Terms of Service.  All of our sites deliver non-tangible goods.  The administration has the right to terminate or suspend any account that does a chargeback through the MaxFast Debit Card, Global Wallet or AlertPay.  There are NO REFUNDS!  Maximum Network Administration will send you an Email notice within 24 hours of notification of your chargeback.  If you do not respond to this Email, your account will be terminated!  By participating in any site within the Maximum Network, you agree that you have accepted all of our policies and acknowledge that you are responsible for your own purchases.  You also agree that you do not hold Maximum Network or any employee liable for any losses or damages.

Planet-Trust Basic

You will have to pay a monthly subscription of $25 within Planet-Trust to participate.  Your cashouts will be limited to once in a 13 day period. This level awards .5 to 1%  affiliate commissions. Your cashout will be processed within 7 business days with a 2% fee.  The 50/50 rule applies on cashouts.  Ad-Pack purchase limits also apply.  Please see level description.

Planet-Trust Ambassador

You will have to pay a monthly subscription of $100 within Planet-Trust to participate.
Your cashouts will be limited to Monday - Friday.  This level awards 1 to 2% affiliate commissions.  Your cashout will be processed within 2 business days with no cashout fees.  The 50/50 rule applies on cashouts.  Ad-pack purchases are unlimited with a daily maximum of $2000.  Please see level description.
 
Planet-Trust Junior Leader

You will have to pay a monthly subscription of $250 within Planet-Trust to participate.  Your will be able to request a cashout daily.  This level awards .5 to 1% affiliate commissions on 2 levels.  Your cashout will be processed within 2 business days with no cashout fees.  The 50/50 rule applies on cashouts.  Ad-pack purchases are unlimited with a daily maximum of $2500.  Please see level description.

Free & Inactive Users

Inactive and Free advertisers will be purged from the system every 30 days in order to allow more potential customers into the program. If you recently had an ad-pack expire, your account may be purged 30 days after your last upgrade expired. 

MaxFast Debit Card Purchases

Please remember that you are purchasing non-tangible goods and are non-refundable.  By signing up for any site within the Maximum Network, you agree that you are aware of the Terms of the programs.  You also acknowledge that you are aware of the risk and you are not promised any profits or earnings of any kind.
 
CASHOUTS

Cashouts will be processed based on your current advertiser level.  You must also deposit 50% of your cashout total before you are eligible to receive your cashout. This ad-pack purchase must be made on the same day and before you request your cashout.  Failure to comply will lead to your cashout being denied.
 
If your upgrade expires and you are trying to make a cashout the 50/50 rule will go by cash balance or cashout amount.  
 
If your upgrade expires to your cash balance, your cash balance will be added to your current upgrades.  If you are trying to cashout more than your current ad-pack in referral commissions, you will have to deposit 50% of your cashout.  We may deny any cashout at any time if we feel you have in some way attempted to cheat the system.  We are here to bring you a long term, stable program.  We are not about to follow in the foot steps of other programs that have failed in the past.  If you are trying to cashout your earnings/ref commissions and leave some in your cash balance in an attempt to cheat the system, we will deny your cashout and you must deposit 50%.  There will also be penalties for those caught trying to cheat the system.
 
Referral commissions will also be determined by level.  This may vary with the growth and success of the program.  Depending on your level, referral commissions are restricted to earnings from the first purchase of your affiliates only!  You may only earn up to a certain amount in commissions depending on your level. (Please see the information of your level)
 
Penalties:

ADVERTISING YOUR WEBSITE

Planet-Trust admins will manually verify all sites for our members protection. Any sites caught in violation will result in 2 warnings. If you are found in violation a third time your account will be suspended and all funds lost. This is to protect our members from possible malicious intent. Please do not submit any sites/URLS that contain any of the following. Certain violations could lead to prosecution in the court of law.

No pop-up windows, pop-in windows, downloads, redirects, trojans, or malicious code 

No broken, under-construction sites, or slow-loading sites
No site with the following themes: personals, eroticism, matchmaking, mail-order brides, religion, politics, goth, wicca, satanism, war games 
No adult, illegal, violent, or inappropriate content

DISCLAIMER

Planet-Trust.Com will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Planet-Trust.Com cannot and does not exercise any control whatsoever over the information passing through its network or through the Internet.  Planet-Trust.Com reserves the right to revise its policies at any time. 
Advertiser understands that Planet-Trust.Com services may be interrupted for several reasons, including but not limited to: malfunctions, maintenance, improvement or other problems out of our control. 
Advertiser understands that it may not receive advance notification of any such interruption of service. Anytime we have a scheduled outage, advertisers will be notified in advance via e-mail. Planet-Trust.Com shall not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform the services caused by circumstances entirely beyond its control such as those occasioned by acts of God or other causes or which it could not have reasonably foreseen or any other cause which similarly impedes the providing of service. 

Planet-Trust is not responsible for actions of payment processors that may delay or disrupt the cashout schedule. Each individual is also responsible to make sure they are paying to the correct Payment Processor before purchasing their ad-packs in the proper account of Planet-Trust.com. Planet-Trust.com will assume no responsibilities for lost monies. By joining Planet-Trust.Com you agree that you joined/purchased ad-packs only after reading and agreeing to these terms and conditions. 

Maximum Network administration will not be held liable for any actions from payment processors resulting in loss of funds.  Due to past experiances with StormPay and other processors we will not be held liable in these situations.  These situations are 100% out of our control and your choice of processor is at your own risk.  In other words, we are not responsible period.

Planet-Trust.Com is not responsible for any losses due to purchasing products or joining businesses that are advertised by other members within the program. All members are to do their own due diligence before joining any program or buying any product displayed by other members. 
You must be at least 18 years of age or older to participate.  If at any time you are found to be underage, your account may be suspended or deleted with all funds lost.

Entire Agreement
 
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties. Any changes or modifications to this contract thereto are agreed to by both parties upon renewal of services.  The administration of Planet-Trust has the right to change the terms of the program without notice.  By participating in Planet-Trust, you agree to let the administration do what is needed for the survival and integrity of the program.
Planet-Trust.com makes no representations whatsoever about other web sites that you may access through this one or services and actions of any third party that participates, from time to time, in any promotion, advertisement or sponsorship with Planet-Trust.com When you access a non-Planet-Trust.com web site, you understand and agree that it is independent from Planet-Trust.com, and that Planet-Trust.com has no control over the content on that web site. Similarly, when you use any services of any third party, you understand and agree that it is independent from Planet-Trust.com, and that Planet-Trust.com has no control over the services offered by, or the actions of, such third party. In addition, a link to a non-Planet-Trust.com web site does not mean that Planet-Trust.com endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content, use, or products and services made available through such web sites.
